Linden House is a privately owned residential care home. Originally a well known local hotel, situated between Epsom Town and the world renown Epsom Downs. The main line train service to Victoria within one mile.

Converted by the existing owner to the needs of the elderly in 1981. The home has always offered single rooms all having private toilet and washing facilities.

Spacious communal areas consist of three large lounges / sitting rooms, two dining rooms. The home gives the image of a private hotel, with the added benefit of full 24 hour care.

The home has a warm friendly and informal atmosphere with no restrictions on visiting hours, parking no problem.

Over the years due to demand we have increased registration from 19 to 32 bedrooms. We are fully centrally heated and double glazed with modern fire detection fitted throughout. Three purpose built bathrooms, and a pleasant sunny garden. In house laundry and a public telephone.
