About the House

Seaswift House is a large and comfortable residence, being situated in Seahill, opposite the beautiful flowers gardens, bowling and putting greens.

Crosby House and Seaswift House were two small retirement homes, side by side, taking three residents in each house and were opened in 1993.

It was always the ambition of the owner to eventually join both houses together, to accommodate nine residents.

This has been recently done, by building a large conservatory at ground floor level and major refurbishment have been carried out, putting many rooms en-suite. When the work is completed all rooms will be en-suite.

The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, with individuality and colour, so no room is the same.

All rooms have a colour television and private telephone if required.

The business is privately owned by the resident proprietor Mrs. Kate Jackson, who is in touch and available on a daily basis.
