Introduction

Valley Nursing Home is a purpose built home which has been tastefully decorated to create a warm, intimate, homely atmosphere for those requiring 24 hour nursing care. It can cater for 59 residents.

A full range of services are available which enable Matron and her team of qualified staff to provide nursing and domestic services in an environment of privacy, dignity and choice.

Consultant Co-ordinators have been nominated by the Directors to ensure there is regular consultation with the residents. Staff and residents are actively encouraged to air grumbles and suggestions. Full details of our complaint’s procedure are available on request.

The home is registered with the National Care Standards Commission and is recognised as high band status having achieved all three stars with Birmingham Social Services.

All Fire, Health, Safety and Food Hygiene regulations meet all the legislative requirements of the governing bodies.

All members of Staff within Valley Nursing Home will treat information regarding residents in the strictest confidence.
