The Philosophy of Valley Nursing Home is to maintain the value of each resident as a unique individual, acknowledging personal beliefs and identify. This includes supporting racial and religious identity in keeping with our commitment to Equal Opportunities for all residents and staff.

The Valley Nursing Home is committed to train and develop its staff in order to maintain the Quality Assurance System and adhering to the Home’s philosophy and Mission Statement “Totally Committed to Quality Care”. All staff are always researching to develop and improve standards. By working closely with staff and keeping them well informed, this helps to maintain these standards and is also in keeping with the Investors in People standard which the home has achieved
