Accommodation

• Since Villa Scalabrini first opened it has undergone a complete makeover, thus providing larger bedrooms.
  
• Villa Scalabrini can accommodate 53 elderly residents and all of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities. There are 47 single rooms and 3 double rooms.
  
• Residents’ accommodation is arranged in Village Units on the ground and first floors. Each unit has its own lounge, dining room, kitchenette and assisted bathroom.
  
• All bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets are equipped with an ‘intercall’ system, which allows Residents to alert the Care Assistants to their needs at any time.
  
• There are telephone sockets in all bedrooms thus enabling Residents to apply for a private telephone line.
  
• Residents are able to personalise their rooms with various items such as ornaments, pictures and photographs.
  
• The Home is serviced by two lifts to all floors.
